What should Global Tamil Forum stand for?

All Tamils uniting is the best way forward. What ever difference of opinions we might have had in the past we should put them behind and come together and no one can stop our rights for self determination. Once Mr Mandela said “There is no easy walk to freedom anywhere, and many of us will have to pass through the valley of the shadow of death again and again before we reach the mountaintop of our desires” We have a long walk to freedom.

I congratulate all the organisations who have come under this big umbrella of GTF. I wish the GTF all the success in all their efforts in achieving peace and normality in Tamil Ellam. I sincerely hope that remaining organisations will join GTF and make GTF a powerful organisation.

Global Tamil Forum must be an

Global Tamil Forum must be an organisation that can work with the present World order.

As in Mahabaratha, where it was Kannan and Arjunan (the strategists) who finally won the battle for justice, Tamils really need to rethink their approach.

I hope the Forum will evolve to be a truly inclusive and democratic organisation which is in touch with the present realities.

The Mission, Vision, FAQ answers looks promising and gives me hope. I thank you for that,
